Outbound tours were great and give us a good taste of the region.

What an experience ! As a male non-cook I was apprehensive. But it was brilliant. I have learned new skills, developed new tastes and got some confidence to step into the kitchen. Outbound tours were great and give us a good taste of the region. A great balance and wonderful week. Fantastic people but tourists and staff. Pity that Michael and Paola were not here all week. Highly recommended !! Was hard to say goodbye.
